Every poster is printed on demand, just for you, by our print partner and shipped directly to you. Here is what to expect.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates. Posters are printed in the lab closest to you: orders to the UK are printed in the UK, orders to the USA and Canada in North America, orders to Australia in Australia, and most other orders in the EU. You receive an email with tracking information as soon as your poster ships.

Customs and import fees

Within the EU, the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia there are no customs fees, because your poster is printed locally. For other countries, including Switzerland and Norway, the carrier may charge import VAT or customs fees on delivery. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices.

Personalised products: no change-of-mind returns

Each poster is made to your own design and only produced after you order it. For this reason the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (§ 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code). Please check your design, size and address carefully before you order. If you spot a mistake, write to us straight away: we can usually still change or cancel an order before it goes to print.

Damaged, faulty or lost posters

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted or does not arrive at all, we will reprint it or refund you, free of charge. Just email us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at info@merfs-art.com with your order number and a photo of the poster and the packaging. You do not need to send the poster back. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Free downloads

Designs you download for free from the poster studio are yours to use however you like. No shipping, no returns, no strings attached.
